Pelham

We have two Business Parks in Pelham that are just off I-65 and approximately 15 miles south of Birmingham city limits. Our Chandalar Business Park includes 21 buildings that range from 6,000 to 8,750 sq. ft., and the Oak Mountain Park, located at the intersection of Highways 119 and 31, includes 9 buildings that range from 7,000 to 9,000 sq. ft.

Workspace

The Workspace location features three brand new 21,000 sq. ft. flex space buildings, divided into 3,000 sq. ft. units. Spaces can be combined to meet the needs of particular clients. The park is located just off I-65 in Alabaster, 25 miles south of Birmingham.

The multi-use Alabaster South Industrial Park has 26 single tenant buildings that range from 7,000 to 8,750 sq. ft. This park is within 3 miles of I-65 and 25 miles south of Birmingham, resting on the border between Alabaster and Calera.

Hueytown

The Brooklane Industrial Park in Hueytown includes 14 single tenant buildings, ranging from 4,000 to 8,750 sq. ft., and a multi-tenant structure with 12 multi-use suites of 1,800 sq. ft.
