Alabaster South
The multi-use Alabaster South Industrial Park has 26 single tenant buildings that range from 7,000 to 8,750 sq. ft. Lumpkin Development constructed 18 buildings along Scotland Dr. in a first phase and recently expanded the park by adding 8 new buildings along Galloway Circle. Each building features 2,100 sq. ft. of front office space with a break room, fully insulated warehouse space with an exhaust fan and hanging heater, 22 ft. eves, and a shared in-ground loading dock. In addition to the listed square footage, there is significant additional storage space in a decked mezzanine above the offices. This park is within 3 miles of I-65 and 25 miles south of Birmingham, resting on the border between Alabaster and Calera.
