We have two Business Parks in Pelham that are just off I-65 and approximately 15 miles south of Birmingham city limits. These single tenant Office-Warehouse buildings include front office space with overhead mezzanine storage, warehouse space, and multiple bay doors. Our Chandalar Business Park includes 21 buildings that range from 6,000 to 8,750 sq. ft. and each shares an in ground loading dock with an adjacent building. The Oak Mountain Park, located at the intersection of Highways 119 and 31, includes 9 buildings that range from 7,000 to 9,000 sq. ft. These parks are zoned in a General Business District (Shelby County B-2).
